Following our highly successful workshop in October 2006, and due to very
popular demand this is now a bi~annual event, and we will continue to provide a
hands on experiential format for learning and ever deepening understanding of
the ancient art of astrology.
Suitable for absolute beginners to professionals. Initiation into Astrology is
a living experience, a voyage to the Sun, Moon and planets that will expand the
awareness of each participant. Beginners will enter a magical world of self
understanding that gives voice to the complexities of human experience.
Advanced students will deepen their astrological skills and develop greater
fluency in it's brilliant language.
This workshop is not an academic exercise but an immersion experience in which
body, mind and emotions each open to engage this ancient wisdom and apply it to
their lives today. Starting from the very basics we will journey into the
magical, scientific, deeply psychological and spiritually charged world that is
astrology.

"Mythic Tarot ~ Mystic Bali" with Juliet Sharman-Burke |

Mystic Bali offers a nine day residential Beginners Course in the Art of Tarot.
We will concentrate on the Mythic Tarot, a deck which Juliet
Sharman-Burke co-created with astrologer and Jungian analyst Liz Greene,
which uses Greek mythology to amplify and elucidate the archetypal meanings of
each of the 78 tarot cards. We will also look at other traditional decks, and
will examine the historical background of the ancient cards.
While the course is for beginners but it will undoubtedly also prove useful for
those who have knowledge of the tarot but wish to have an opportunity to
develop a deeper and more profound understanding of this fascinating and
mysterious subject. What better place to embark on a mythic journey than in the
magical mystical land of Bali?
Our study of the tarot will generally take up the mornings with the afternoons
being spent being exploring the joys and wonders of Bali.
