Their one and two-day intensive Balinese cooking course will give you a deeper understanding and appreciation of this unique Indonesian cuisine. You will learn to identify, prepare and blend the exotic spices & ingredients that are the soul of Balinese cooking. The Balinese Cooking Classes are conducted in an outdoor restaurant balé, set amongst tranquil tropical gardens and ponds. Small, intimate Balinese cooking classes of no more than 6 people ensure plenty of personal attention and hands-on practice.
