Created in a grass-roots manner, Balispirit Studio is dedicated entirely to Yoga, Movement and Healing, for the sole purpose of bringing together Community. But don’t take our word for it … please come and be a part of it! We have daily yoga classes taught by highly trained & internationally certified teachers that take place at out Hanoman St. Studio, above KAFE.
- All classes run for approx 1hr30mins with the exception of the Mon night class, which is 2hr30mins.
- Classes are Drop in (no reservation necessary) & are priced for ex-pats at Rp.60,000 for one class or for as low as Rp.50,000 per class for a series card. Click for information on studio structure and pricing.
- Balinese citizens pay on a donation basis, so please tell all your friends that they are welcome to join us!

Flow yoga is a series of flowing yoga postures (asana)linked by the breath to detoxify, stretch, and strengthen the body and build life force energy.
Classical Hatha Flow – Open Level - with Sri Jane - Tues & Thurs from 8:30-10:15am & Sat 10:30-12:00n
Jane Teaches traditional classical yoga flow, as intuited by the ancient forest dwellers of India. Each class flows from asana to asana using the breath as your guide, with clear instructions on how to achieve the best posture for you, allowing for your own individual unique body to open and respond, in a caring & non-competitive way. Each class will incorporate, Asana (to strengthen and bring flexibility to the body), Panorama (to focus and balance the mind), Meditation (to still the mind and raise the levels of consciousness), Hand Mudras (to balance right and left hemispheres of the brain) and Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation enabling us to integrate on a cellular level all that was taught in class.
Restorative Yoga Community Class - Open Level & FREE! - with Ann McDuffie - Wed from 5:00-6:45pm
This class brings recuperation to the internal organs, the nervous system and rejuvenates the consciousness. Through the use of props, poses are held comfortably and restfully to allow the breath, body, and spirit to open. All levels welcome.
Vibrant Living Yoga with Daniel Aaron – Open Level - Wed & Fri 8:30 am & Into Level Mon 5pm
Vibrant Living Yoga utilizes challenging asana (posture), vinyasa (breath and movement), spiritual insight, pranayama (breath exercise), meditation, music, and humor. Drawing on my extensive yoga practice and training with dozens of modern masters (Jivamukti, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti and more), creativity and spontaneity, we create classes that are eclectic, fun and inspiring.

Daniel teaches Healing Qi Gong through different forms of sitting, standing and moving meditation, through the Daoïst Sexual Practices and through Applied Qi Gong (Qi Nei Zang).

Kid's Yoga with Rebecca Penrose – Age 7 to 12 - Noisy and Fun! THIS CLASS IS A PRE-PAID SERIES, SCHEDULE DEPENDS ON PARTICIPANTS
Kindling the maturing independence of 7-12 year olds, this class encourages deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills. Alive with flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises and creative relaxation techniques, children are sure to relish themselves. In addition partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that they are sure to carry into their everyday lives.
Beginner Yoga Taught by Mixed Teachers – Great for Beginners and those who want a refresher class, see online schedule
Learn (or relearn) several basic poses in a slow, involved format, that focuses on linking breath with movement. Build inner awareness and mental clarity while reducing stress and tension. Ends with 5-10 minutes of deep relaxation.
