Location
If you look at an Ubud map our house is a North directed road, shooting up from Jalan Raya. It is the road where you take a left as soon as you see the Lippo Bank sign (also on your left). Another landmark is Seniwati Women's Art Gallery, which is on the right as you enter Jln Taman. We are 6 mins (1.8 Km.) drive or 10 min bike ride up the street from the main road. |

Security/Phone deposit of Rp.1,500,000
Please note that rent must be paid in advance and that a non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your space:
- 1 months rent is needed to secure your space if you are renting from 1-3 months
- 3 months rent is needed to secure your space for for long term rentals of 4 months or more, and then balance of rent due 30days after check in
- 1 nights stay is needed to secure your space for rentals of 3 days to 1 week.
