Prenatal yoga encourages you to tune into your own body and really listen to
what's going on, to accept the changes as positive growth. Using breathing
& body awareness techniques that will help to connect with the growing life
inside of you, prenatal yoga helps to prepare for labor & during birth but
even more so before and after birth. Prenatal yoga offers “mother's to
be” a chance to slow down and connect with the ever changing stages of
pregnancy taking place inside their bodies.
Many mothers to be find a place of solace in their yoga practice. Prenatal yoga
brings all the benefits of a regular yoga class with the added benefits of
asana and breathing techniques specifically developed to assist pregnant women
in this exciting phase of their life. Many women have found that asana and
breathing techniques they have learned in classes are of great benefit during
delivery.
