The Island invites you to enjoy yoga in our new studio. Set in a quiet lane-way just back from Legian Beach, it
is the perfect place to begin realising your fullest potential. Teaching a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha
styles our classes aim to improve fexibilty and gain strength in both mind and body. All levels are welcome with
our teachers focused on helping everyone to improve and enjoy their practice.
