growth. On this seven day personal journey, transform your body and mind
through daily yoga classes at The Yoga Barn©, taught by internationally
renowned teachers. Through our organized yoga-infused intinerary, not only will
you have time to relax and unwind, but you will be able to focus on your yoga
practice, which is often hard to do on a full work schedule at home.
On a seven day retreat, you will have the option to truly detox. Read about
your options for one-on-one yoga privates & about doing a Raw Food Detox
with or without colonic hydrotherapy through our partner, Ubud Sari Health
Resort. You can start your trip over a weekend or mid-week, this retreat can
take place any day of the year (with the exception of some local holidays).
