Exploring yoga pranala
Created for elders and people who wish to get re-acquainted with their own body. Through simple yogic postures the participants improve their health, strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, concentration, mental clarity and experience well-being. It teaches them how to remain in this state throughout their every day activities and how to bring themselves back to balance when needed.

Designed for those who enjoy a gentle practice of yoga with, vinyasa flow, asana (posture), pranayama (breathing), dhyana (meditation) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) for self-exploration. It teaches you how to find you inner peace as well as how to take responsibility for your own physical and mental well-being.

Designed for those who enjoy a more challenging practice of yoga with, vinyasa flow, asana (posture), pranayama (breathing), dhyana (meditation) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) for self-exploration.
