Led by two esteemed Kundalini Yoga teachers Gurudass Kuar Khalsa and Rebecca Pflaum, our program includes group experiences full of yoga, meditation, music, mantra, contemplation, games, philisophical discussion & making new friends... sun, fun and more!
This is the perfect retreat for friends, couples and families with kids (babysitting available at the hotel).
Rebecca and Gurudass are two seasoned spiritual guides and yoga teachers:
 Rebecca Pfaum has been teaching the joy of movement for the past 26 years and dedicated herself to the study and practice of yoga and meditation for the last thirteen years. Her passion is to share what she has experienced on this genuine journey so our lives can reach their fullest potential, richness and natural beauty. Her classes are joyful, challenging and encourage you to realize your full potential by opening body, mind and spirit.
Rebecca is certified through the Yoga Alliance of America and the Kundalini Yoga Institute. She has a specialized certification in pre-natal yoga, is a level 2 Reiki practitioner and is a facilitator for the giving of Deeksha through Oneness University, India.
She has been married for 23 years, has lived and taught in 5 countries and is the proud Mama of 4 great sons who have been 4 of her greatest teachers.
 Gurudass Kaur is the enthusiastic and energetic creator of The Childplay Yoga Program. She has taught yoga and worked with children for over 30 years, holds a BA in Education from the University of Massachusetts and is a certified AMIS Montessori Teacher.
She is a KRI and Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and trainer; and also a talented musician and singer who has recorded many mantra and song CD's.
All of these talents come together to make her an exceptionally creative teacher and trainer of The Childplay Yoga Program.
Gurudass Kaur resides in Virginia, and is the mother of two children.
know your inner child better... "I just spent the last weekend in Gurudass Kaur's Childsplay Yoga workshop in Barcelona and my only criticism is one weekend isn't enough.
I'm a trained teacher and have been teaching yoga to children for 6 years. This workshop was sooo much fun and filled with sooo many great ideas.
She also gives you a manual and two cd's to use in classes.
