Charley Patton – Hatha Yoga / Community Class

Charley Patton – Hatha Yoga / Community Class - Bali Yoga Teacher

A native Californian, I escaped the corporate world after 16 years in 2004 by embarking on a year-long solo bicycle journey through Southeast Asia.
En route to Cambodia via Australia, I stopped in Bali for what was supposed to have been two weeks. Lucky for me, I stumbled upon Bob Smith & Ki McGraw, two of Bali’s most genuine and dedicated yoga teachers (www.hathayogacenter.com). Four years later, I’m still in Bali, and as a beginner teacher with ever-tight bicyclist hamstrings, LOVE teaching beginner students the benefits of gentle hatha yoga. Namaste!

Made Agus Wirayasa – Tantra Yoga Teacher

I Md. Agus Wirayasa – Yoga Teacher

Tantra Yoga is a practical science introduced in India some 7000 years ago by Sadashiva, a great yogi who lived in The Himalayan Mountains. Shrii Shrii Anandamurti introduced once again a complete Tantric system for the all-round physical, mental and spiritual development of an individual. Tantra Yoga poses balance the glandular secretions and the functions of the various organs in the body. They help to alleviate physical and emotional disturbances. Typical of Tantra yoga involves posture to increase flexibility, strength and balance. During yoga class one move from pose to pose while coordinating the breath with the body's movement. Focusing on the breath in this way can built great focus and quiet the mind.
