3 - 4 year olds
Fun, inspirational classes encourage a child's natural thirst for knowledge. In this imaginative series, we combine simple yoga poses with engaging songs, puppets and stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility.
4 - 6 year olds
This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class.
7 - 9 year olds
Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun postures, group games, breathing and basic anatomy.
10 - 12 year olds
Help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Promote self-confidence, awareness and control. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations.

NEW Yoga Dance (5 - 8 year olds)
Shake a tail feather in Eagle pose! What's the difference between passe and tree pose anyway? This playful class confirms that balance, focus, rhythm and grace are the cornerstones for both dance and yoga. Rhythm, asanas, breath and boogie are combined in this energy releasing class by using different styles of dance combined with yoga postures. Dance styles include ballet, hip-hop, modern, tap and more! Kids will create original yogic-choreography to fun, upbeat music bringing out their inner yogi-dancer.
Prenatal Yoga
Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a class designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy. All levels.
Mom & Baby (2 mos. - crawling)
A beneficial class for all new moms - get back in shape while having fun with your infant. Work the entire body (emphasis on the lower body and abdominal area) with simple, yet challenging yoga exercises to increase overall strength and flexibility in the entire body. Interact with your little one as you massage, smile and play! Parents will also learn gentle hands-on yoga exercises for the baby that help to build and stimulate growing muscles, aid in digestion and promote better sleeping patterns. Dad's are welcome too! All levels.
Parent & Child (walking - 3 year olds)
Partner with your toddler in simple animated poses, games, art, music and breathing exercises that help to strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our wings in butterfly, while we take a yoga journey that you're child will never forget! Also welcome to attend with your child: aunts, uncles, grandparents, nanny's and other adult caregivers.
Story Time Yoga (1 - 4 yrs)
Story time comes alive with puppets and yoga poses. Using imagination together with your child, you'll discover, play and relax. Story Time Yoga gathering is 1/2 hour.
Family Class (4-6 yrs and 7-10 yrs)
Yoga fun for the whole family! Interactive and partnering poses, games, music, and self-expression through yoga.
